Femera first cycle

I started femera first cycle of it today and doctor gave me 7.5 mg to start with that’s 2.5mg 3x daily. Is it better to take the medication all at once at night or take it three different times? Doc has me doing it that way but I have read different suggestions. I am currently cycle day 3. Done one month of clomid 50mg with no response.
