Unknown rash on my arm? Please help!!😭

Okay so I get these all the time, each time different spot on my body. And they are so so so itchy😭😭 but whenever I wanna go to a doctor about it, my rashes always disappear, so then they kinda don’t know what I mean. So all I’m asking is how to quit the itching????? And what this rash might be called?😭😭

Edit: I actually went to the doctor and showed him the photo too and he said that it probably had something to do with me being allergic to gluten. Just thought I’d share for those of you with the same itchy rash.

The red spots aren’t a rash, they’re from you scratching so hard. Your skin is probably just irritated and you go to town on scratching lol

You could have a very minor case of eczema. I have it and when it’s anywhere in my body it’s just very itchy but I also have severe eczema behind my ears and use to have it in my belly button and they look completely different. So from personal experience that’s what this sounds like. You can try coco butter to help with the itching or use use calamine lotion which will definitely help with the itching.

My son has this happen to him. Like 5 times in 4 years. We don't know what it is.  He said it burns

Contact dermatitis. You're touching something that is causing a slight allergic reaction. Sometimes we have certain allergies but they only will flare up if you're in contact with allergens. For example, a particular type of laundry detergent may never seem to bother you, but might on the days that have really high pollen count,since so many things are aggravating all at once. I'm the queen of weird rashes. Lol. The best thing to do is get some hydrocortisone cream and take a benadryl. You should feel back to normal in no time. I keep the cream around constantly.
