Late again...

So I’m 7 days late today, and when I was 3 days late I took a digital pregnancy test and it came back as no... not sure if it could have been a false negative or not. So I got another test (not digital) and I’ll probably take it in the morning. I also had an appointment back in March with my doctor about TTC and she said I shouldn’t have a problem getting pregnant and if it still hasn’t happened by Oct to come back and see her, we’ve been trying for about 6-7 months by now. Any advice or tips?? I’ve also been taking prenatal vitamins as well.
