9 DPO or Ovulating

Ok, I am either 9 DPO, or just now ovulating. Cycle day 25. Usually ovulate between CD15 and CD19. I didn't use opk this month to give my mind a break. Someone suggested I didn't ovulate. So 2 days ago I started with OPKs. Had a big dip 2 days ago and some extremely light pink spotting yesterday when I wiped only. My question if I am just now ovulating shouldn't I have a peak opk? Bc I don't. I did get a blinky smile on clearblue but no peaks... the cheapie from amazon are stark negative!! Help please!!
