Sex still hurting?

I’m 7 and a half months pp. and sex still is veryyyyyy painful. I have a dr appointment for next month but has anyone else had this? What was it for you? It hurts going in and coming out. We DO use LOTS and i mean LOTS of lube. We’ve done different positions. The one that hurts the least is with me on top but even then it’s still a little painful. The worst is missionary. Omg if feels like he is taking my vagina out with him when he pulls out and pushing it back in when he goes in. Wtf is wrong with me I want to have good sex again!!!!
