I really want to loose weight but I’m scared. I’ve had a eating disorder in the past and I finally fully recovered last year and since then I’ve gained 30 pounds. I weight 124 and I’m 5’3. Whenever I see anyone they always mention how much weight I’ve gained. I try to run a mile everyday but it’s not enough and I’m scared that if I start worrying too much about what I’m eating I’ll fall back into my unhealthy habits. I currently only drink water and have a small breakfast and lunch and a normal sized dinner( no snacking ). Does anyone have any tips on what to do?
