Spanx for preggos?

Question

Are there spanx for pregnant women?  I have a little bump at 12 weeks, and I don’t want to get rid of that, but these love handles are getting bigger!!
I have a wedding on the 29th and a stretchy tight dress, but I want something that you can’t see to wear under it that will hide the love handles. 
I’m in the US. 
Any recommendations?

I got this one on amazon and LOVE it.   I’m 14 weeks and just wanted to smooth things out while wearing dresses.

I just bought some Blanqi shorts for this summer since I'll be pregnant ALL summer and need to wear them under dresses(i don't want my toddler exposing me 🙈) Haven't tried them on, but I have the tanks and the have good support to them, they hug where needed and stretch where needed.  You could try those.  They make leggings too.
