omg fast food was horrible to work in! 
all my coworkers were lazy and rude to customers, and i ended up doing all the work, and customers would yell at me. 😭😭

I’m not saying it’s right, but fast food places can get really busy and it makes it easy to mess up. It doesn’t necessarily mean they’re incompetent. 
But I’m sorry your order was messed up, I know how frustrating it is! Depending on the place, you can call and some will offer you something, such as a free meal

I worked fast food for years and it was literally the easiest job I’ve ever had. It’s insane to me how bad some people are at such a simply job.

I know I have this one place by my house that never gets it right I’ve been there at 2pm and 4 am they always mess up, last time they gave me two extra burgers 🤔 but the time before that they gave me veggie burgers instead of beef ones but still put it in a beef burger box... it was very confusing when I was eating it,

Depending on the time of day the restaurant may have been going through one of their daily rushes. 
I work for Domino's and we mess up sometimes. Usually it's caught and fixed before it goes out the door to the customer but sometimes it's not. 
If you're nice about it and explain that your order is wrong we are more than happy to fix it and even let you keep the food that was messed up. It is extremely frustrating to have your order wrong but have patience and it can be fixed. 
I have been to some places though where they've always messed up orders for everyone I know. It's possible it's just the crew as well.
