Successful FET after ERA test?

Does anyone have success stories after having an ERA test that showed you needed to adjust timing? Our first FET failed in December. Since then I've had a laparoscopy where endometriosis was found and excised. I also had an ERA test done, the results showed that I need the transfer to be done a day later. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences. We only have one embryo left and are preparing for our next transfer. It's very stressful to say the least. Any advice or input is appreciated.
