nuchal translucency

just did my nuchal translucency screen at 13 weeks 1 day. The baby was not moving to much to get all the measurements needed, but I guess the ultrasound tech was able to get 1 photo and bought in the doctor and said the fluid behind the baby neck is 3.6mm I guess putting me at a high risk of having a baby with down syndrome. I have my genetic testing on Monday for further blood work.

My question is.... should I demand another ultrasound since all measurements weren't taken. I will still go for my blood work. But kinda bugged that all this is based on 1 photo the tech had a hard time getting.
