How is potty training going?

I want to start potty training but he has no damn patience! He refuses to pee or poop on the potty. He will sit if I give him candy. I tell him if he pees or poops he can have more candy. And he knows how to say potty, pee and poop. What do I dooooo?

Try also letting him go naked for a while and let him see and learn what he is doing when he goes pee! My son was the same way and he was fully trained before he turned 2! Don't let others get you down about potty training, he is your son and if you stick with it and don't give up, then he will get there!! Also, put him on the potty as soon as he wakes up from naps and night time sleeping, he will have to pee as soon as he wakes up and if he pees in the potty he will also start to understand! Keep a good routine and stick to it!!!

You can’t force them if they’re not ready. I recently bought a little potty. I occasionally put my son on it but he doesn’t get it yet. I plan on making a big deal when he finally goes.
