Anyone have preeclampsia?

Anyone who has had preeclampsia what were u symptoms before u were diagnosed with it and how long with those symptoms did u have it before u went to get looked at?

I had swollen hands to the point my rings couldn’t come off (they were a bit loose before), I was at work and got a colleague to take my blood pressure (worked in a outpatient clinic). It was high so I went straight to A&E there and then. It was the right thing to do.

I had headaches that stopped responding to Tylenol, increasing edema and checked my blood pressure at home which was high.

I had a lot of swelling in my hands and feet along with high blood pressure. My feet would swell so bad they’d be numb! It was tough

I ended up with severe pre eclampsia, only reason I found out was because I ended up in the hospital for contractions. I was tested before that for months and the other hospital always told me there wasn’t enough protein in my urine to be pre eclampsia. But my legs and angles started swelling at 18 weeks, I was gaining weight rapidly, super high blood pressure, retaining water, and protein in the urine. If you think you have it and one doctor denies it I’d get a second opinion. The first doctor almost cost me my health.

I didnt hav any symptoms other than rising no and swelling until the day before I got my urine results back and thats when i started seeing spots and had a major headache. I was diagnosed at 36 weeks induced at 37 weeks.
