Leg cramps anyone ?

Had my first leg cramp last night it scared me any advice or tips ?

More water or eat a banana. Usually that helps when you get legs cramps

Happens to pregnant women a lot! Had horrible charley horse calf cramps a couple of times with my first. Talk to your doc but I think there is a magnesium spray that can help?
