Very Nauseated

Good afternoon, I need some help here ladies. I had my period on 3/14/19 and on 4/6/19 I started off with dark blood on a liner then light these only took place when I wiped but the Sunday the bleeding was moderate and still dark but didn't feel my pad. Monday light that morning then gone. I've been nauseated for a few weeks and now I'm vomiting and have acid reflux symptoms bad. Today and yesterday weepy & significant other got sick earlier today. Tested negative on Friday.
