I keep mistreating my boyfriend for stupid reasons and i dont know what to do anymore because he jsu ttold me he is tired already and i made him cry 😞 and i really dont know what to do anymore any advice ?

Take the time to think before you react and think how you'd feel if the roles were reversed and he said those things to you.  
I also wouldn't be beyond seeing a therapist because there's obviously something deeper going on here.

Are you really stressed out? I know that when I had some really serious things bothering me in my life and stressing me out I would take out that anger on the people I love. It’s hard to do, but just try to figure out why you aren’t happy.
