Smelly discharge!!👎🏾

at one point my discharge was very smelly like very fishy and had clumpy thick gray discharge sometimes white but now it’s not fishy nomore it just smells musky and sour sometimes I hate the smell and the white milky discharge sometimes this shit feels like a period and I hate it . I just hope I don’t got a std cause at some point I did have 2 period in one month then it eventually went away. And sometimes I get pelvic pain since now I’m on birth control I’m just very nervous I just hope I don’t have sti or std
