Does anyone get this? I have severe anxiety and always have. It causes heart palpitations a lot too that make me dizzy and lose my breath. Lately it’s gotten bad cause my new job is stressful, mainly due to my lead being a terrible trainer and calling me stupid. I’ve talked to my supervisor and he’s not going to do anything about it. I know it wouldn’t bother most people but when you have anxiety it makes things 100 times worse. Being called stupid, telling me I failed, and just full of drama. I am not leaving my job as I need it to support myself and two children.
