This my life at the moment...

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I haven’t had an actual heavy flow period for the last 3 months, and my bleeding is never longer than 1-2 days. I haven’t ovulated at all in the last three months (confirmed with temp) the reason my temp is up now is because I was put on provera (synthetic progesterone) to see if it can reset my cycle, but I am still bleeding while on provera
