Can a 1 year old tell if your pregnant like a dog could?

Not comparing toddlers to dogs I’m just curious bc a dog would whine and follow the person around and laying on there stomach. Well my godson yesterday kept wanting me to hold him then while sitting on the couch he would want me to hold him again and he would try to lay his head on my stomach. He would whine everytime I put him down and that lasted for a couple hours. Could that be my sign? Bc I’m waiting to test I took a test Thursday and I had a vvvfl

My friend told me to wait to test again this Friday. My boobs are sore and swollen my lower back is killing me I keep cramping and I stay irritated which is odd for me bc I get moody before af but not all day. I’m so bloated too I’m 8 days away from my period. So could that have been my sign?
