Teething??🤷‍♀️

My three month old has started showing signs of teething (her pediatrician agrees). The past couple of days have been a bit rough but I kind of just assumed she was going through a growth spurt. Two days ago I noticed some indention looking spots of her gum and for a while she has had a rectangular bulge on the back of them. Has anyone noticed these when your babe was teething or am I crazy and this is normal lol. These were the best pictures I could get.
