What are these bumps?!?

Recently over the weekend I’ve started to develop bumps on my taint area. I thought that because I had just shaved a day before that maybe my skin was irritated but they still haven’t gone away and they hurt really bad. I can’t wear underwear, sit down or even have sex with my husband. They kind of look like pimples but hurt too bad to squeeze. Please help if you know what they are! They’re very tender.
