What dose of unisom?

I’m having horrible insomnia and getting only 3-4 hours of sleep while still working full time is killing me. I want to try unisom but what dose were you told was ok to take?

I take half so 25 mg a night. Works pretty good but I get up a lot to pee so i sleep off and on.

My doctor recommended Unisom to me. I only took one pill and slept great the whole night. My only complaint is feeling almost hungover for most of the next day... I’m super sensitive to most pain meds and things that knock me out so it wasn’t surprising.
I didn’t take anymore after that and just try to catch some 💤 💤 when I can. Usually in 2 or 3 hour increments.

I take one whole one. And I literally get the best sleep I’ve gotten the whole pregnancy. It’s literally a miracle for sleeping! I just started maternity leave, but I was working long shifts and it was getting so hard with no sleep. Once I started taking the unisom I would wake up more refreshed and ready to work.
