Please help!

On March 11th at 11 weeks I miscarried. Babtmy measured at 7-8 weeks. I had D&C on March 14th and spotted until end of month. I have a negative pregnancy test but this Tuesday I started spotting again brownish , on Wednesday nothing then on Thursday heavy brownish red spotting and on Friday I was pretty heavy brownish red. I wore a tampon and on Saturday it was moderate but had slowed down. Could this be my period or more from D&C. I’m so crushed and just want answers. I have had period like cramps? Anyone had this experience? The picture is alittle graphic and was on Friday.
