Sore boob

One day past ovulation, today I noticed my left boob was a little sore (almost like a clogged duct) I tried to massage and then when I squeezed my nipples, small discharge came out. Watery, yellow. What could it be? (I was pregnant before and breastfeed) I have a two year old now. Could it be signs of early pregnancy or something else? Hubby and I have been TTC for a second. Did anyone experience similar? Is this to be of concern??
