2 years ttc here.. question

Okay, so my husband and i have been ttc for 2 years and my periods are super irregular. Usually its like every 85-90 days (almost like clockwork)but my last 3 periods have been 42 days apart (i have been losing some weight in this time span). I took ovulation tests throughout this cycle and had a positive on March 30th and started my period April 12th. My husband and i didnt bd during this apparent ovulation but is this a good sign that my body is finally going to be able to conceive?!
