Fertility Medicine Questions

Hello ladies!

We’ve been ttc for over a year, with one recent chemical pregnancy. I am a pcos gal. I’ve been on 2000mg metformin since September. And my doctor just gave me 2.5 mg femara (Letrozole) to start next cycle.

I’d like to know tips, or maybe success stories. My doctor gave us a six month window before we move on to a fertility clinic.

I have one friend that had success with femara on the second cycle, but she had an

IUI.

And we are doing things the old school way.
