Puppy problems

So I’m 6 months pregnant and my dog has been acting up! She knows somethings going on and she’s been going potty inside ever since. Which she was fullyyyy trained since she was like 6 months and she be 2 years old this month. The smell drives me crazyyyyy. She’ll poop and pee and sometimes I can’t even figure out where she pees! Anytime we get the baby stuff we’ll say “baby” and we point to my belly and say “baby” so when he comes we can call him “baby” and she’ll know who we’re talking about. So 1. What can I do to keep preparing her for our son to come. And 2. What can I use for the carpet to get rid of the smell 😩😩😩
