I have 3 kids 2 girls (9)&(6)  and my precious boy who will be (5) months on the 29 I spoil all 3 but everyone says I favor the boy  I do catch my self  being on Amazon checking what cool things I can get for him lol but I like to think it’s just cause he’s small and can’t ask me for things the girls let me know what they like so I have no choice on what I get them but my lil man gets what ever I pick  does that make sense or am I really playing favorite 🤔

No, I have a similar situation. I have two girls ages 6 and 3 years old and have my baby boy that’s 5 months old. My oldest makes comments to me like “you give him all the attention” and I say, “well... he’s a baby and babies simply need a lot of attention.” Not like it’s not true. I try very hard to give all my kids undivided attention, but it’s difficult some days. Both girls sometimes get jealous but all my kids get everything the need and want as well as love and affection. I think it’s normal for them to feel a bit jealous and it’s normal for us mommies to want to baby the baby. Has nothing to do with favoritism. I kindly point out to them that they had their baby mommy time and now it’s baby brother’s turn. Doesn’t mean I favor my son over my daughters. He’s a baby!

I have a 10 year old step daughter (just turned 10 like 3 days ago), a 6 year old daughter, and 5 month old son also. I’ve caught myself buying lots of stuff for my son, but I think it’s because he’s a baby and needs stuff that I’ve forgotten to buy or whatever... I’m also having a hard time dealing with the girls fighting, arguing, and being mouthy lol so thinking about baby is sort of a break lol
