Can spotting and light cramps at 6 weeks ever turn out ok?

I’m very worried. I’m getting an ultrasound tomorrow because I had spotting and light random cramping (though could be gas cramps too) this afternoon. I had a chemical pregnancy two months ago. I thought I was past that mark I just wondered if this could be ok? It’s been several hours and haven’t had any more spotting. Anyone out there have this and it turn out ok? Thanks

I had heavy bleeding and light spotting then brown discharge and cramps it started when I was 6 weeks pregnant until 13 weeks . I had a SCH. I had a baby girl that is 15 months now . Pregnant again spotted a littler then it stopped .

Just wanted to follow up and say thank you to everyone! Doctor said all is fine, I just overdid it in the field for my job (I’m a biologist). No more field work haha. Didn’t even do blood work just an ultrasound! I’m much earlier along than we thought too! Fingers crossed it continues to go well! Thanks again everyone!

I had cramping throughout my entire first trimester similar to menstrual cramps and I spotted once. Now I'm 22 weeks with a healthy baby girl. You can always contact your doctor if you're concerned.

I had bright red bleeding and cramps at 6 weeks and turned out fine. The er even told me they thought I was having a miscarriage 🙄
