Pineapple for dilation help?

Anyone tried this? Almost 100% effaced but only 1cm dilated. Constant contractions. Yes it’s fresh pineapple and pineapple juice.

You’d have to eat like 12 pineapples core and all for it to remotely do anything. And even then you’d just end up with a sore mouth and an extreme stomach ache.

Doesn't do anything. I ate 4 entire pineapples one day and it did absolutely nothing except destroy my mouth and upset my stomach

I craved pineapple my whole pregnancy and ate a whole fresh one, core included, every other day. I was 50% effaced and water broken and needed serious pitocin to dilate at all. I only have my personal experience though, and don't know of any scientific resources to back any claims up.
