On a new antibiotic

She put me on Cipro after we found out that I had a UTI from not drinking too much water, since I'm allergic to bactrum. Read some side effects about it and Nausea is one of them. First pill was last night a.k.a. (Monday) huge headache as well as wanting to throw up really bad but never did, I ended up talking to my boyfriend on the phone until I wanted to pass out, long enough after that I passed out, haven't had a headache since but nausea is still with me every now and then and I'm on pill 3 since we have 14 pills and have to take it every 12 hours so twice a day. I feel nausea every now and then not sure if every now and then is normal, has anyone felt like this with this antibiotic?

I have to take it because I wasn't drinking enough water.
