Anyone high risk?

So serious question. My poor hubby has been like pretty much neglected since finding out were pregnant. I haven’t been told yet by my dr that I’m on pelvic rest but I am high risk. So my question is; is it safe or okay to still have sex while considered high risk?

I'm high risk bc of my thyroid disease and miscarriages and I had sex with my fiancee and everytjing seemed to be ok

I was high risk and sex was still safe. I guess it depends on why you’re high risk. A friend of mine was diagnosed with an irritable uterus so she was not allowed to have sex.

Why are you considered high risk? Unless you’re put on pelvic rest specifically then sex is safe, but your husband also needs to respect whatever you’re comfortable with.

I’m high risk and sex is okay for me. As long as you got the ok from your doctor. Not every issue needs pelvic rest. I am on blood thinners, epilepsy medicine, heart issues, etc. I see a hematologist, neurologist, cardiologist, OB, and MFM doctor throughout my pregnancy.

I’m high risk also and I have talked to two doctors about if it is okay to have sex both of them say that it is okay. I think you are just going to need to ask your doctor based on your personal situation.
