My 7 w baby has scalp dry, what can I use to help it?
Someone told me to use baby oil

Could be cradle cap. My daughter has had it a couple times. I have used baby oil and it has cleared it up each time. I usually put it in her hair for 15 min then wash her hair and use a brush to generally scrub the affected area.

Baby oil works awesome! And try putting a little bit of baby soap on their like when you give them a bath and use a baby brush to brush it out of that makes sense! Worked w my two!

I mixed breastfeeding milk with a little bit of coconut oil. Lather on there pretty thick and let it sit for 15-20m. It will loosen it up and kinda raise up. Then take a fine tooth baby comb and comb it out. Repeat it daily until it’s gone. It took maybe 3 days for my daughters to subside and she had it pretty bad at the crown of her head. After that I bought some natural oil detangler for her hair (she was born with a head full) and I would use it on her hair daily to keep her head moisturized just enough it didn’t happen again. Anyone who’s ever cut her hair says they are surprised her hair is so healthy and pretty. It also helps it grow better. She’s 3 now and her hair is glossy and thick.

For my daughter I put coconut oil on her scalp and 15 minutes before a bath. I used this brush and her normal shampoo to wash it out of her hair. I did this a few days in a row and it cleared it up well.

I used this and bought these facial scrubbers because they are the exact same as the frida baby cradle cap scrubber just smaller and cheaper lol. I use the scrubber to massage the foam in and after we rinsed his hair I would go over the spots in a circular motion with the scrubber to try to loosen the flakes. After like 3 days the dry spots were pretty much gone
