Sore throat, Help!! *TMI*

Everytime I give my bf a bj I get a really bad sore throat the next day. The sore throat usually lasts for about a week, a couple days if I’m lucky. I suck on straight lemons which usually helps get rid of the sore throat better and quicker than any medicine I’ve ever had. But sometimes the lemons don’t work as fast as I’d like them to. Do any of you ladies have any suggestions on getting rid of the sore throat or preventing it??
