Postpartum Cramping
Hey y’all. This is Day 2 after birth and my cramps are in full effect. The hospital didn’t give me any pain medicine for at home either. Ive tried Tylenol and Ibuprofen but it’s not working like I need it to. Help pls. I’m in tears over here and don’t know what to do. Can I take baths? Heating pad? Any tricks y’all know about?
