Is this normal?

I’ll be asking my doc tomorrow, just wanted some opinions
I’ve had some mild swelling in my feet (yay desk job!), but nothing concerning. I noticed that my left foot swells up more than my right foot. Specifically the top of it
I was injured there previously (kicked by a horse) and may have broken a bone though I never went to the doctor because I am horrible about going to the doctor
Could this be swelling up more because it’s an old injury site?

Oh yes, my left ankle and foot has always swelled up more than the right. When I asked doctors they usually dont have an answer but my current obgyn mentioned it could be from an old injury - so preferential treatment goes to that side for swelling. She also said as long as there isnt calf pain, which could indicate a blood clot, then it's Ok.

I swell more on one side. I did a little research tonight because it's been pretty severe. There concern is sudden and severe facial and hand swelling. Otherwise it could be worsening due to low potassium, increased caffeine or not enough water.

This has been me for the last month or longer. I never had swelling with my first pregnancy and this time it’s bad! I also have a desk job. It’s horrible by the end of the day. They’re huge and my doctor has known about it from the beginning. All I can do is try to walk around more at work but it doesn’t help.

I also swell more in one side - where I’ve sprained my ankle three times! I definitely think that is playing a part because the swelling pain feels so similar to that injury before. Just keeping off my feet as much as possible now

I went to get checked out cuz I had crazy swelling. I’m all fine now. But it’s also my left ankle/foot that swells the most when I have swelling!
