How did you lose the baby weight?

I’m 4 months pp and Imgoing to try and lose some of the baby weight. What are some tips you can give me? Diet tips, workout plans, simple healthy tips are welcome! 💕

Breastfeeding helped me lose a lot of the baby weight. I gained around 60 lbs with my pregnancy so well above the “recommended.” Then I just changed my diet to more Whole Foods, which I then felt fuller so I was eating less. That is how I’ve been able to lose most of it. Only 5 lbs and I’m back to pre pregnancy weight.

Calorie counting is the most effective way to lose weight! Set a calorie goal for the day, try to fill up on veggies, nuts, meats, and other clean foods, and log what you eat.

Gained 60lbs and i am still 22 lbs above my pre babyweight 😭 (little one is 13 months now)

I took care of myself in the first place and didn't gain extra fat during my pregnancy 🤷🏻‍♀️ I only gained the recommended 20 pounds so I was all baby (baby, placenta, enlarged uterus, extra blood, etc.). I continued to eat clean and did all my usual workouts: ran 5 miles every morning, went to the gym 5 days a week, and took a yoga class one day a week (did this through all 40 weeks, including the day I went into labor). I always make sure to get a full 8-9 hours of sleep at night and drink plenty of water as well.
