Implantation bleeding or early period??

On March 28th, conception happened (that’s the day that was best for ovulation) April 12th heavily bleeding started with a ton of mucus, the mucus had been there since conception. On April 13th, it was medium to heavy. On the 14th, it was really light. On the 15th it was really light. Today only when I wiped was there blood. No blood clots either and with my normal period there’s tons of blood clots. My first day of my last period before this started was March 16th. I took a pregnancy test on april 12th, late afternoon. On the 16th of April I’ve been having severe cramps. Should i take another test?

Update : April 17th, still had cramps, no bleeding only pinkish discharge, nausea, fatigue, and head aches. I need help!!
