If you need some inspiration, in Beyonce's new film she talks about her pregnancy with the twins, preeclampsia, emergency C-section, breastfeeding, feeling like she'd never be herself again..... YESSS. Even if you're not into Beyonce or celebrity culture, it is a relief to hear someone with so much influence reveal these difficult truths of motherhood that we ALL can relate to.
