Baby aspirin

I wanted to ask you ladies if you think this is safe or not I am 41 will be 42 in 3 weeks and was told my last pregnancy that I have a high chance of bleeding after birth i was 39 them he was my 6th baby they said my age and having so many children is why and its something they would be ready for this time around baby number 7 my ob is saying from now until birth to take 1 baby aspirin a day to thin my blood because my age it helps blood flow through my placenta better would you take that chance?
