Progesterone help!!!

I am currently on cd27 putting me at 3 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I got a positive yesterday and also had blood work done yesterday (progesterone). I didn’t tell my doctor about my positive test until today when they called me for my results. To my surprise my progesterone is “VERY low” in her words. And she’s surprised that I’m pregnant???! I have an appointment with her on Monday but for the meantime she prescribed me progesterone. Doesn’t specify which time of day to take. Her office is closed. So if anyone has taken progesterone for their pregnancy, what time of day should I take it? Morning or night? Thank you in advance 😕
