Hi ladies,

I need a bit of help, i feel like im not able to express as much milk as my 3 week baby needs, here's the story.

4 days a go i was told i have nipple thrush and my 3 week old daughter has thrush in her mouth, it was so painful to breast feed that for the past 2-3 days i have just been expressing milk in to bottles to stop both of us reinfecting each other and to clear the thrush up then can go back to breastfeeding once we are cleared up,

However, today i feel like i am not able to express enough milk for her and i dont know why, i feel as though i have just lost a bit of milk supply,

Any tips/suggestions etc???
