Pump I got threw my insurance does work well for me!

Trying to figure out what I can or should do . The pump I got from my insurance just isn’t the right fit for me and actually causes a lot of pain when using it I’ve friend many different things to fix the problem but no resolution. Now I’m stuck with a pump that doesn’t do what I need it to . Any suggestion on what I should or could do? Should I call my insurance and see if they’ll cover a different one? Also I did months of research before i decided on this one
