I’m so confused.

I’ve been following my new diet, counting carbs and trying to stay within my 45-60g of carbs for lunch and dinner. I just met with my dietician again and she told me I’m not eating enough carbs because my numbers are a little low and I’ve lost weight. If I up my carbs I’m eating the way I was before. My fasting and after breakfast numbers I do have to watch but I’ve got them under control. I’ve never been a breakfast person so eating in the morning is a struggle for me, I’m just not hungry. My late night before snack numbers are slightly elevated occasionally but only after I have a bath. Do I not have GD or is it just a mild case that’s really only in the morning? I just do not understand my body. 🤷🏻‍♀️
