Question...

Has anyone had a miscarriage and ended up having a successful second pregnancy? This is my first pregnancy/miscarriage I found out on 4/15 that my baby stopped growing at 7wks and I'm scheduled for d&c on the 30th, second question how long did y'all wait to try again after the miscarriage? Oh btw I had no bleeding or cramping whatsoever so the doctor thinks I had a missed miscarriage instead so as of now I'm walking around with a lifeless baby inside me which is devastating!! :(
