First IUI!!

This cycle I have taken 150 clomid along with estrogen patches. For the first time since TTC I have an egg worthy of conception 18.5 - follicle scan yesterday. Tomorrow, we are actually going to have our first IUI. Does anyone have any advice or success stories?
