Am I a self centered bitch?

My boyfriend called me a self centered bitch because I asked for more help around the house (taking the garbage out and changing the cat litter is all I asked him to do) and more help with our two year old son.. not to mention I’m also 8 MONTHS PREGNANT!! Idk he’s making me feel awful and like I’m lazy.. is it wrong of me to expect or ask for more help?? Honest opinions welcomed because I don’t want to be questioning our relationship for no reason. He works 5am-2pm Monday-Friday. I stopped working about a month ago so I stay home now.

NO you’re not a “self centered bitch” you’re carrying his child and you didn’t lay down and make the other one by yourself so he shouldn’t have an issue with helping you!

My fiancé works 8 hours days Mon-Fri and still comes home and does housework and cook supper because I’m 36 weeks pregnant and exhausted even though I’m not working anymore... because we are a team. Your boyfriend is being completely unreasonable. I don’t understand why men think they don’t have to do anything around the house just because they go to work

That's verbal abuse. Even if he doesn't want to help you more, he could negotiate and express that in a respectful way, in which case he'd be wrong, but at least not abusive. Calling you names is unacceptable. I sure hope he never says anything close to that in front of your child.

Your certainly not! Hes just a jerk. My husband helps out around the house without me even needing to ask. Im in the first tri still but I've been so sick I practically live in the bathroom. When we found out he decided by himself I was no longer cleaning the litterbox. Theres nothing wrong with needing help. Especially at 8 months irregardless of if your home all day. Your uncomfortable and exhausted from making a baby. He helped get you pregnant he needs to man up and chip in to help you out.
