Labor Question

When does labor completely “start” when you lose your mucus plug or when your water breaks because

@ around 2-3PM

I lost part of my mucus plug

but my water broke @4:30AM and then contractions started right away so did my labor officially start @4:30 ?

When my water broke my mucus plug was discharged w/blood...

So did it officially start @4:30?

I already had my LO but never understood
