Breastfed baby, night sleep???

Question

Hi ladies just need some advice, 
I have a 3 week old baby girl and  there has been a few nights where she has slept 6-7hrs at night, i know they say not to let your new baby sleep more than 4hrs at a time without a feed, but i dint really know whar to do when im asleep to? 
I set my alarm last night to make sure she didnt sleep more than 4hrs so i could get up and wake her but i just slept threw my alarm, the only way i wake up is if she starts to wake up (bcuz i am so tired)
It has happened about 3-4 nights in the past 2 weeks, can anyone help me with this please?

The general rule is as long as they gained back their birth weight and are gaining well it’s fine to let them sleep longer stretches at night. Continue to wake baby during the day if she goes over 2-3 hours.

My pediatrician said once they pass their birth weights you don’t need to wake them at night anymore to feed

Providing baby is back up to birth weight and during the day is drinking well with enough wet nappies it should be fine.
My daughter use to sleep that long and then wake up when she was hungry.

My pediatrician recommended letting babies sleep at night as long as they want but waking them up during the day every 3 hours or so (which is just to help them sleep at night!) As long as baby is healthy, they will tell you when they need to eat.
