Miscarrying or Implantation Bleeding?

So I’m 4 weeks and 4 days. I had a chemical pregnancy 2 years ago and later went on to have a healthy baby girl. Pregnant again and noticed this. Anyone have implantation bleeding around this time or is this the start of the worse?

It’s definitely not implantation. You already have a positive test. So implantation already happened. You’ll have to wait and see if it gets heavy.

If it gets heavier and you start cramping.
